Valued Readers,

 My name is Dylan, and I am a United States Marine Corps veteran. While I started my military career as an infantryman, I later ended up at a headquarters unit doing more with computers and systems. I was in charge of the systems themselves, along with the software that came with them, so I was constantly upgrading or fixing various servers, computers, or other pieces of gear. This is where I got my start in the technology field in a professional environment; however, I have always been interested in technology as a whole. I built my own gaming PC, and once word got out that I was handy with computers and technology in general, I became the "tech guy", so l learned a lot of various sides of IT from just trying to help people with their tech problems. I am currently in school for a degree in Computer Software Technology; my career goal is to do something with software development, mainly because I find the programming/coding aspect of it to be fascinating. It is such a broad field that I can't narrow down what specific field I want to go into until after I get deeper into my major courses and get to experience the various topics.
